PriSecco - Sparkles like Secco without alcohol
The Gelbmöstler pear brings fragrance and sweetness, while Berlepsch and Gewürzluiken apples provide a framework of acidity. The copper-roasted Bourbon coffee comes from Finca Sonora in the highlands of Mexico. The aromas of this specialty from the Manacal plot are reminiscent of chestnut blossoms, caramel, and tobacco. After cold extraction and pressing, characteristic smoky notes remain, and the tasting impression is dominant and malty.
Aroma: A balanced combination of roasted coffee notes combined with the fresh fruity notes of ripe pears. Caramel, vanilla, and marzipan blend with the freshness of apples.
Palate: Lively fruit with balanced acidity. Ripe yellow fruit, subtle roasted notes of coffee and nuts, and a hint of caramel. A long coffee finish.
Recommendation: Veal fillet in coffee sauce, tiramisu, coffee ice cream, nut parfait.
