PriSecco - Sparkles like Secco without alcohol
Many orchards are located on steep slopes. Wild roses, with their thorns, are spurned by sheep, so the rosehips remain hanging until winter. The production of Hägenmark (a type of fruit brandy) is also a traditional specialty of our region—here, it's shown in liquid form.
Scent: Delicate rose-apple scent, reminiscent of ripe peaches, honey, exotic fruits such as mango, papaya refined with vanilla.
Taste: Fully ripe fruit, full-bodied and soft with a delicate rose aroma and peach flavor.
Recommendation: With desserts with white and dark chocolate, blue cheese and red smear cheese.
