PriSecco - Sparkles like Secco without alcohol
Ground elder is a herb from our forests, somewhat reminiscent of parsley in smell and taste. Emmer, one of the oldest grains, is known for its savory, slightly nutty flavor.
Aroma: Exotic mild fruit with light hints of fresh lemon balm and herbs.
Palate: Delicate fruitiness of apple and pear. The finish is carried by roasted emmer and the freshness of borage.
