In the south of the Minas Gerais region, near Poços de Caldas, we found a special fazenda dedicated exclusively to the production of the "Amarella Bourbon" variety. This centuries-old variety requires extremely careful care, as it is very weather-sensitive and produces only small yields. However, it produces an exceptional coffee with a particularly sweet note, subtle acidity, and a full body. A special coffee experience with aromas of dark chocolate and delicate nuts.
