This magnificent tin, illustrated by artist and painter Delphine Cossais, is designed to age your 2018 vintage sardines. These sardines are caught in the summer off the Vendée coast in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. They are hand-cured and packaged in extra virgin olive oil. The olive oil makes the sardines increasingly tender and creamy over time.
