This magnificent tin, illustrated by artist and painter Delphine Cossais, is designed to age your 2017 vintage sardines. These sardines are caught off the Vendée coast in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie during the summer. They are hand-cured and packaged in extra virgin olive oil. The olive oil makes the sardines more tender and creamy over time.
