About Olive Oil Mandarin
All our flavored olive oils are made exclusively with our extra virgin olive oil.
Our mandarin orange oil can be used to refine vegetables and poultry with little flavor of their own, e.g. turnips, peas, beetroot, appetizers or salads.
This flavored oil must not be heated, otherwise the natural distillates will evaporate more or less.
