Pressed grape juice is slowly boiled in a copper kettle at 80°C for at least 12 hours. This produces a sweet and sour, fruity, intensely dark brown vinegar. Ideal for Mediterranean cuisine. It's also perfectly suited for dark roast stocks and fresh strawberries.

Wine vinegar (wine, water, antioxidant: sulfur dioxide), concentrated grape must (23%), color: E150d. 6% acidity. Origin: Italy.
