Regular price CHF 36.90The latest creation from the Windspiel Manufaktur: a distillate without alcohol, but with the aromatic depth of the classic Windspiel botanicals, which were just as painstakingly macerated and distilled for the alcohol-free version. Paired with delicate clove and juniper berries, it tastes like gin but with a completely unique character.
Clear. Delicate aromas of juniper, allspice, lemon and lime peel, cloves, and cinnamon. Intense, clear, and flavorful on the palate. It does everything gin does, but without the alcohol.
Wind chime
From legend to glass. This German dry gin made from potato alcohol was named Windspiel in honor of Frederick the Great. The company was founded in 2014 by Sandra Wimmeler, Denis Lönnendonker, and Tobias Schwoll and is based in Duan, Germany.
