To the north of Nairobi, on the western slopes of Mount Kenya, lies Nyeri, a medium-sized town in the surrounding area where we source our green coffee for this single-varietal specialty from many small producers. The particularly fertile soil and the special microclimate produce aromas of red berries, especially cassis, and an impressive body. Balanced on the palate thanks to fine, balanced acidity.
Ideal as espresso and café crème (lungo)
