We travel far and wide to find the best Arabica beans for our crema. We source the green coffee directly from the best producers – and, of course, at fair prices. Thanks to a gentle roasting process that we have perfected over the years, the crema is full of flavor, yet mild and digestible.
Round and harmonious on the palate, with mild acidity. Thanks to the light roast, it has a pleasant and soft taste and a full aroma.
Ideal as a café crème (lungo) or mild espresso.
