PriSecco - Sparkles like Secco without alcohol
Boskoop apple and the scent of roses alone are too unbalanced for us. The strong mentholated chocolate mint brings freshness and balance to the nose. The delicate berries blend into the centerpiece and bring out the strong rosé. The rose petals come from the Sonnenhof in Bad Boll, and we also use organic rose water for balance.
Aroma: A delicate rose fragrance with raspberry, chocolate mint, and spicy oriental notes. With each moment, further multifaceted fragrances unfold in the bouquet.
Taste: A delicate, sweet opening of raspberries with refreshing acidity from the Boskoop apple. A spicy mid-palate with a long finish.
Recommendation: Tabbouleh with mint, lamb with couscous and raisins, chocolate raspberry tart.
