PriSecco - Sparkles like Secco without alcohol

We find ideal companions during strawberry season in our forests. Woodruff thrives in the open spots, and elderberry bushes bloom. Rhubarb enhances the acidity of the apple. Precipitation is a sign of naturalness; oxalic acid in rhubarb reacts with the calcium in the apple over a longer period of time during large temperature fluctuations.

Scent: Rich scent of sweet strawberries, woodruff, full elderflower and tonka bean.

Taste: Ripe, fresh apple combined with the sweetness of strawberries. A floral, luscious, long, spring-like finish with elderflower on the palate.

Recommendation: Solo as an aperitif, with fresh strawberries and asparagus or with desserts with rhubarb
