PriSecco - Sparkles like Secco without alcohol

The barren soils and the harsh climate on the Alb plateau give the "Albkümmel" its special aroma.
Caraway is part of the diverse flower meadows at WiesenObst and is now, after years of omission, being cultivated again by Wilfried Holder in the Swabian Alb. People have long known about the potential of caraway, collecting and using it as a spice in the kitchen and for the medicine cabinet. It is rich in essential oils and, with its intense yet mild flavor, rounds off the alcohol-free Aecht Kimmel.


SCENT: The opening is marked by greenish notes of dill, green bell pepper, and fresh cucumber. The full, ethereal notes of caraway then unfold. Warmly enveloped by delicate honey notes and soft chamomile blossoms, subtle, fresh nuances reminiscent of mint and lemon add lightness and finesse.

TASTE: The Aecht [Kimmel] requires a bit of courage at the beginning – but it's rewarded. The full, aromatic notes of caraway are accompanied by a delicate, sensual taste of fine honey. Not sweet, but rather gripping in the middle and aftertaste, the distinctive notes of powdery minerality and tannins are found. The interplay between soft, ethereal notes and exciting freshness leaves you wanting more.
