The Schwarz Cuvée displays an invigorating array of aromas reminiscent of wild berries and violets. It is an elegant wine that complements a spicy main course such as grilled meat, but also playfully complements an entire meal.
Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate lightening of the rim. A subtle touch of precious wood, ripe dark wild berry confit with a herbal and spicy undertone, floral nuances, a hint of violet. Juicy, fine red berry nuances, integrated tannins, minerality, good freshness, a long finish, an elegant food pairing.

From butcher to winemaker: The decline in meat prices prompted Johann Schwarz to switch to winemaking. With the support of good winemaking friends, he rebuilt his business in 1999. Today, he is one of Austria's top winemakers.
