Tasting notes
Intense, bright orange with a brilliant core. On the nose, candied orange peel, subtle yeast notes, roasted hazelnuts, and light vanilla notes. On the palate, a beautifully integrated perlage, creamy yet very juicy, stretches across the tongue with a subtle saltiness, and a long finish.

Its fresh structure harmonizes particularly well with tasty starters, sausages, grilled meat or even served on its own as an aperitif.
