PriSecco - Sparkles like Secco without alcohol

The Schwarzriesling grapes are macerated together with chopped currant wood in the press and then gently pressed.

Aroma: Fruity, fragrant notes of red berries and blue grapes with subtle herbal hints and spicy facets of red pepper.

Palate: Fresh red currant acidity with sweet hints of blue grapes. A spicy, herbaceous mid-palate with a subtle, light spiciness on the finish.

Recommendation: With game birds and roast veal with spicy sauce, fruit-based starters in combination with dark meat, beef or tuna tartar.
