A Portuguese grape beer that combines the world of wines from the Minho region with the world of beer. It uses 30% Alvarinho grape must and 70% malted barley must, fermented with saison yeast. |

The best of the Alvarinho grapes is well balanced. The sweetness of the grapes is balanced with the acidity of the barrel aging. A beer with intense citrus notes.
Letra Brewery
The Letra Brewery is a spin-off company from the University of Minho. It is based in Vila Verde, northern Portugal, and focuses on producing high-quality beers. Each letter (letra) of the alphabet represents a different beer style. The idea is to educate consumers about beer styles and make it easier for them to find a specific beer.
